Scholarship Fund
The Dallas Stars Elite Hockey Club (DSEHC) has established a Scholarship Fund that, when funds are available, 100% of donations are used to offset the cost of season fees. Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need, parent/player involvement, and volunteer efforts. In the event you have a legitimate need for financial assistance, please read the Scholarship Fund Guidelines carefully.

COMPLETE THE APPLICATION
To submit your application for Financial Aid, please fill out the required fields within the application and provide the required documentation. Aid applications cannot be evaluated without appropriate documentation.
It is important that you complete this application accurately so that it is evaluated correctly. Applications must be submitted before May 15th.
Scholarship Guidelines
You will be asked to provide both of the following relevant documents:
- Completed Scholarship Funds Application
- Most recent Form 1040, U.S. Individual Federal Tax Return (Documentation must show complete details for the filer and dependents and must include Adjusted Gross Income.)
Include both returns if heads of household file separately.
